Our workday starts at
6:45AM with scheduled breaks, and lunch from 11:45 to 12:15, (some of
our team enjoys competitive games of foosball) the day ends at 3:15PM.
This Work Schedule is helpful in avoiding traffic and gives our employees
time to relax and enjoy their families in the evening. When overtime
is necessary we start at 5:45 for 9-hour days and end at 4:15 when we
need to work 10-hour days.
Stigtec Manufacturing is located at 1125 Linda Vista Dr #110, (behind
Restaurant Row in San Marcos) the shop is 10,000 square feet. Stigtec
Manufacturing offers a wide array of manufacturing services: Milling,
turning, and grinding capabilities for small quantities. Stigtec Manufacturing
specializes in R&D, prototype, tooling, and short-run projects.

a Job shop.
Stigtec Manufacturing provides a complete machine shop with state-of-the-art
equipment. The precision of each machine is kept in excellent condition,
maintained to exacting high standards by scheduled calibration inspections
in accord with requirements of ISO certifications.
We employ experts in
machining aluminum, stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, and other
metals. We handle all plastics including those specific to static and
conductivity requirements.
